Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the spare parts in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all labels and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the parts, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
